Overview

Paying Rent: Autopay vs. Manual Payments

You have two options for paying your rent:

• Autopay (Scheduled Payments):

  • Setting up an autopay schedule ensures your rent is paid on time automatically.

  • This option is not mandatory, but it's convenient.

• Manual Payments:

  • If you don't set up autopay, you'll need to log into your Payquad tenant portal each month and make your payment manually.

Important: Payment Method Required

Regardless of whether you choose autopay or manual payments, you must have a

payment method saved in your account. You can find instructions on how to set up a payment method.

One-Time Payments

After adding a payment method, you will be able to make one time payments.

Once the payment method is set up on the account, you can make one time payments.

Steps:

1. Log into your payquad account
   
   
2. Go to Payments
   
   
3. Select New Payment
   
   
   
4. Fill out the form with the payment method and amount
   Please note: If choosing other amount - the amount entered must NOT contain any commas.
   
   
5. Select if you want to create an autopay schedule from this payment
   
   
6. Click Continue
   
   
7. The following screen will pop up 
   
   
   
8. Confirm all is correct and click Complete Payment
