Tenant Check and Delete Scheduled Payments

Overview

If you have a schedule set up, you can delete a schedule for payments as long as you have created it. If the manager created the schedule, you might not have access to deleting or editing it, and you need to reach out to them directly. 

You might want to delete a schedule if you have accidentally created more than 1 schedule, or if you want to be paying manually. If you just want to change the amount or payment method, you don't need to delete the scheudle, you can just edit the payment method or amount attached to the schedule. Instructions for that can be found Edit Scheduled Payment Amount or Payment Method


Steps

Below are instructions on how to check the payment schedule and remove one

  1. Go to the Payquad tenant portal and login to your account

  2. Click on Payments

  3. As seen below there are 2 payments scheduled 



  4. Find  the one to delete 

  5. Click Edit 
  6. The following screen will pop up



  7.  Scroll to the bottom and click the delete button

  8. After clicking on the button it will ask to confirm request to delete

  9. Click yes

  10. This will delete one of the schedules and there will only be 1 scheduled payment left
