Overview
If a Direct Debit payment was made and it has not yet synced with the bank, it is possible to delete it. The payment will display Pending status and there will be a Delete button. If there is no delete button, there is no way to delete that payment and you should speak with your property mana. Payments made with other payment methods cannot be deleted, however a refund can be issued.*
*If you made a credit/debit card payment, please contact your property management to get refund of the payment. Payquad policy is that we must receive authorization from your management before reversing or deleting payments.
Steps:
- Log in to your account
- Click Payments
- Click the PAYMENT HISTORY icon.
- Find the relevant payment and click on it the status will be Pending
- A pop up will come up Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Payment. If there is no cancel payment please reach out to your property management to request a refund.
