Can I communicate about my specific maintenance request?

Your management company may have a feature where you can live chat with your management about a specific maintenance request.

1. Log into your Tenant Portal
   
   
2. Click your MAINTENANCE  icon in the taskbar. 
   
   
   
   
   
3. Open the the request you’d like to message your manager about and then click the button.
   

   
   

   
   
   
4. Enter your message in the box provided and then hit Send as seen below.
