Why does my direct debit payment show as pending?

Don’t worry. Payment was set up correctly. Direct debit payments get processed a few times a day and only then will the status change from “Pending” to “Paid.”



When a direct debit is made, the transaction can be deleted ONLY shortly after it was created. If the status is still in "pending"  stage and there is a delete or cancel button you can delete the payment. The Delete/Cancel button will disappear once the payment has been processed and you will need to contact your property manager for refunds etc.
