How do I download the documents I just purchased?

Overview

Documents that have been purchased through the resident portal can be downloaded at any time after the purchase is complete. This allows residents to access and save copies of their purchased documents whenever needed.

This article explains how to locate and download purchased documents from the resident portal.

Steps:

1. Click 'More', followed by DOCUMENTS  icon in your taskbar.
   
   
2. Click Purchased on the right side.
   
   
   
3. Click the VIEW button next to the document you desire. It will either appear and you can right click and download it, or a pop up will open asking you where to download it.
   
   
4. The document will then be downloaded onto your device.
