Where can I register for a Payquad resident account?

If your company has a customized url such as yourcompanyhere.payquad.com, then you can register from there. If you don’t know the url then you can always sign up on portal.payquad.com. 

Steps:

1. Go to the portal site - either companyname.payquad.com or portal.payquad.com 
2. Click Register
   
   
3. Enter the postal code and select your property and unit number and click Continue
   Not all properties will appear in the list of addresses - only the ones that are set for Self Serve Registration. If you can't find your property listed speak to your property management to have them create an account for you.
   
   
4. If there is an account created and you have a security code it will take you to the following screen where you enter the security code and click Continue
   

   
   

   
   
5. The following screen will come up. Fill in your information and click Complete
   
   
6. This will then take you to the login screen where you can login and setup the account.
   
   

If your property allows self registration and you don't have a security code you can fill out the information in a form like the one below 

• If there is automatic approval then it will log in automatically. 
• If not, the following screen will appear:
  

*Please note your property management must be using Payquad to be able to create a resident account.
